"Not Enough Custom Options"
I got annoyed quickly because there just weren’t many customization choices. I expected more ways to adjust things, but it felt really limited.

"Communication was okay, just a little slow"
They did get back to me, so that was good, but the replies took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of slow at times, and I found myself waiting around for updates

"I paid more than I probably should..."
I paid more than I probably should have, and I just expected a lot more from it. Maybe my expectations were too high, but also for the price, it should’ve been better. It wasn’t terrible exactly, but it still felt like I got way less than what I paid for.

"Warranty help was okay, but dragged a bit"
I had to reach out to Maven Built about a warranty issue. To be fair, they did get back to me and it was sorted in the end, but it took longer than I thought it should. Some of the replies had that polished customer-service wording that always makes me a little skeptical, like they were saying the right lines instead of just being straight with me. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped...

"Disappointing build quality and mixed answers"
I wasn’t impressed with the build quality at all. The finish looked kind of rushed, the edges weren’t very clean, and a couple of parts started feeling loose way earlier than I expected. I tried getting some clarity on it, but the answers I got were inconsistent, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe I ended up with a bad one, but it didn’t feel sturdy or well-made to me. Definitely not what I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t buy it again

"Setup Was a Total Mess"
I tried setting up Maven Built it felt like they made it harder than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing, pages kept loading strangely, and I was left guessing what I was supposed to click next. After wasting way too much time on something that should’ve been simple, I just gave up. This is on them for not making the setup process clearer.

"Decent speed, but not always smooth"
The site is okay overall. Sometimes it loads just fine, so my brain goes, "alright, no problem here," but then certain pages start dragging and it kind of breaks that flow. I usually judge a site by the simple rule of whether I’m waiting long enough to notice, and on a few pages, I definitely noticed.

The order did show up fine, but it took longer than I was expecting. Not sure if it just sat around somewhere before actually getting shipped, but the delay was a little frustrating
